8315CTFP.220V – AXION® MSR Freeze-Protected Shower and Eye/Face Wash

Haws Model 8315CTFP.220V heat traced combination 220 VAC shower and eye/face wash shall include the 3-way “easy activation, easy return” valve design that provides less ‘dead leg’ water, reducing the threat of Legionella growth. The compact design also allows for economical, safe and fast shipment via UPS. Also provided is the AXION® MSR hydrodynamic designed green ABS plastic 10-5/8″ (26.9 cm) showerhead with integral self-regulating 20 gpm flow control, and AXION MSR eye/face wash head shall feature inverted directional laminar flow which achieves Zero Vertical Velocity™ supplied by an integral 4 gpm flow control. Unit shall also include thermostatically controlled electric heat traced cable protected by 1″ (2.5 cm) insulation and an ABS plastic green jacket that prevents freezing down to ambient temperatures of -30° F, powder-coated cast-iron 9″ (22.9 cm) diameter floor flange, universal sign, 1-1/4″ NPT supply, and rated Class 1, Div 2, Group B, C & D with 1.09 amp max. 8315CTFP – AXION® MSR Freeze-Protected Shower and Eye/Face Wash

Haws Model 8315CTFP heat traced combination shower and eye/face wash features a unique 3-way valve which reduces the amount of pressurized pipe and non-pressurized standing water, greatly lowering the amount of “dead leg” water in the system resulting in less opportunity for Legionella growth. Also reduced is the packaging foot print allowing for economical and fast UPS shipment. The unit includes the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly. This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eyewashes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain. AXION MSR also offers a new hydrodynamic shower design that minimizes the strong physical pressure that drives the water to the outer rim making the distribution equal across the entire footprint of the flow. 9400LPS – AXION® Low Pressure Steam Water Heater

The Haws 9400LPS AXION® Low Pressure Steam Water Heater replaces hot water tanks when pressurized steam is available. When an emergency shower or eyewash is activated, the flow of water opens a steam control valve. The steam enters a brazed plate heat exchanger, instantly heating the water. This mixing valve blends hot and cold water to produce an output of 80° F (27° C) tepid water. Additional valves keep the system preheated, freeze protected and scald protected. The steam valve will remain closed should there be a loss of water pressure. This station complies with the ANSI Z358.1 standard and mixing valve is designed to meet ASSE 1071

Haws Model 8330 Type 304 Stainless Steel combination shower and eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eye washes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain. Virtually eliminating mishaps, the unit’s safety features include: pop-off eyewash dust covers, universal emergency sign, high visibility stripe, and a thermal actuator bleed valve to protect from temporary internal freezing.

Model 8111FP AXION MSR freeze protected drench shower (patent pending) offers a new hydrodynamic shower design that minimizes the strong physical pressure that drives the water to the outer rim of normal showerheads, making the distribution equal across the entire footprint of the flow. 7501T – Tempered, Gravity-Fed, Portable Eyewash

The newly retooled Haws 7501T compact portable tempered eyewash ideal for remote locations. The 9-gallon (34 L), gravity-fed, eyewash uses a heated, insulated blanket to provide ANSI compliant tempered potable water in operating temperatures between -20° F (-30° C) and 100° F (38° C) for locations without access to a continuous potable water source. 120VAC, 60Hz, 1.38A electrical requirement with supplied 8′ power cord. This unit is a cost-effective solution ideal for locations without access to potable water, including temporary decontamination sites, temporary treatment facilities, and short-term job sites.

QPS-C-US-Certified-Electrical-Safety for NEMA/Type 3R in ordinary locations, and to ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment, which is clearly called out on the exterior of the unit.
