9400 – AXION® Steam Water Heater

The Haws 9400 AXION® Steam Water Heater replaces hot water tanks when pressurized steam is available. When an emergency shower or eyewash is activated, the flow of water opens a steam control valve. The steam enters a brazed plate heat exchanger, instantly heating the water. This mixing valve blends hot and cold water to produce an output of 80° F (27° C ) tepid water. Additional valves keep the system preheated, freeze protected and scald protected. The steam valve will remain closed should there be a loss of water pressure. This station complies with the ANSI Z358.1 standard and mixing valve is designed to meet ASSE 1071

8317CTFPC1D1 – AXION® MSR Freeze Protected Shower and Eye/Face Wash

Haws Model 8317CTFPC1D1 heat traced combination shower and eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eyewashes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain. AXION MSR also offers a new hydrodynamic shower design that minimizes the strong physical pressure that drives the water to the outer rim making the distribution equal across the entire footprint of the flow. Virtually eliminating mishaps, the unit’s safety features include: universal emergency sign, high visibility stripe, and two labeled push plates.

Virtually eliminating mishaps, the unit’s safety features include: pop-off eyewash dust covers, universal emergency sign, high visibility stripe, and a thermal actuator bleed valve to protect from temporary internal freezing.

8111FP – AXION® MSR Freeze Protected Drench Shower

Model 8111FP AXION MSR freeze protected drench shower (patent pending) offers a new hydrodynamic shower design that minimizes the strong physical pressure that drives the water to the outer rim of normal showerheads, making the distribution equal across the entire footprint of the flow. 7603T – 120V Portable Air-Pressurized Tempered Emergency Eyewash

The Haws 7603T is an ideal, cost-efficient solution for a facility’s ANSI eyewash requirements in locations without access to a continuous potable water source. The pressurized 15 gallon (56.8 L) portable eyewash uses a NEMA 3R heated, insulated blanket to provide ANSI compliant tempered water in operating temperatures between -20° F (-30° C) and 100° F (38° C) for locations without access to a continuous potable water source.

7501T – Tempered, Gravity-Fed, Portable Eyewash

The newly retooled Haws 7501T compact portable tempered eyewash ideal for remote locations. The 9-gallon (34 L), gravity-fed, eyewash uses a heated, insulated blanket to provide ANSI compliant tempered potable water in operating temperatures between -20° F (-30° C) and 100° F (38° C) for locations without access to a continuous potable water source. 120VAC, 60Hz, 1.38A electrical requirement with supplied 8′ power cord. This unit is a cost-effective solution ideal for locations without access to potable water, including temporary decontamination sites, temporary treatment facilities, and short-term job sites.

QPS-C-US-Certified-Electrical-Safety for NEMA/Type 3R in ordinary locations, and to ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment, which is clearly called out on the exterior of the unit.

7500EB – Portable Self Contained Heated Eyewash

Haws heated portable Model 7500EB is ideal for remote locations. Using gravity to supply a continuous flow of clean water to injured personnel for a full 15 minutes at .4 gpm (1.5 L), this model is a reliable source for safety. The 7500’s full patterned flushing feature is capable of being used in sub-freezing temperatures.

Model 7500EB is certified by CSA to meet the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment.

7433FP – Freeze Protected Wall Mount Eyewash

Haws emergency eyewash systems, like the freeze protected 7433FP, use anti-surge Soft-Flo heads that activate with the push of a stainless steel flag. Heads come equipped with pop-off dust covers, so when debris is present, the irrigation process stays protected. Space efficient design and integral wall bracket allow the 7433FP to be mounted in a number of easily accessible locations.

6518FR – Freeze Resistant Bury Valve For Single Fountain

The Haws 6518FR freeze-resistant valve system is a fully engineered pneumatic operated valve for use on all Haws single bubbler freeze-resistant pedestal fountains. The placement of the valve below the frost line allows the system to function when freezing conditions are present at surface level. Its fully accessible design allows for reliable service year round.

Haws manufactures drinking fountains, faucets and electric water coolers to be lead-free by all known definitions including NSF/ANSI/CAN 61- Section 9, NSF/ANSI/CAN 372, California Proposition 65, and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Product is compliant to California Health and Safety Code 116875 (AB 1953-2006), and NSF/ANSI/CAN 61: Q ≤ 1.
