Effective July 1st, a new amendment to the California Building Code Chapter 11B which shall include bottle fillers and requires bottle fillers to be ADA accessible. Arkansas legislation will go into effect July 21st, and Louisiana in September.

Additional states are seeing similar legislation in the works and will have impacts on the hydration industry and product/project specifiers.
