Charitable Giving


In an effort to improve the quality of life in the communities where we live and work, Traynor Family Enterprise supports charitable organizations that address vital needs and issues in the areas of education, environment, health, and social responsibility.

Every year, we support a specific charity that is voted on by our team members. We support these sponsored charities for two-year terms with internal team members coordinating fundraising events for the charity.

In addition, we are proud to support a corporate matching gift program and other ways by which employees can support charitable organizations.

Haws Culture Building


In addition to quarterly charity sponsorship, we host community outreach and onsite employee events that support our Haws team and local community.

These events include:

• Job Readiness Summer Camp and other school mentoring programs

Wellness Initiatives


We strongly believe that a happy life is built from healthy living. We are dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyle choices for our employees and providing ample opportunities to reward those who get involved. Traynor Family Enterprise provides a voluntary employee program with access to online resources to find solutions to help improve mental and physical health.

Whether you’re facing challenges at work, looking for help with parenting, health, personal finances, or coping with a personal or family issue, we provide a no cost, confidential resource, known as an Employee Assistance Program. In addition, we host various lunch and learns for employees to partake in.

Lastly, as of January 1st, 2015, Traynor Family Enterprise is a tobacco-free workplace!

As a safety manufacturing company, we are dedicated to a strong safety program that protects our employees and guests from accidents. Through active employee participation and continuous safety efforts, we can achieve our company goal of an accident-free workplace.


In 2018, we were awarded SHARP status by the Nevada Division of Industrial Relations. SHARP, the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program, is an OSHA cooperative program that recognizes businesses with exemplary safety and health programs and lower than average injury rates.

Local Community Awards

Family-owned businesses are the backbone of Nevada’s economy, and Traynor Family Enterprise has been recognized with various awards including most recently Nevada Business Magazine’s Family-Owned Business Award in “The More the Merrier” category and Existing Industry – Leader in Sustainability Award from the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN).
