NEW TEAM MEMBERS:
Rich_FergusonRich Ferguson- Director of Global IT Operations
Ferguson offers a deep level of expertise as a previous Chief Information Officer (CIO) for multiple organizations including Lulius Innovation and Federal Labor Relations Authority in Washington, D.C. Ferguson has served the U.S. Army for 23 years most recently as an Officer and Black Hawk Instructor Pilot. In his new role as Director of Global IT Operations, Ferguson will be providing worldwide leadership and strategy for the IT department to help support and accelerate corporate objectives.

Joe_MarquesJoe Marques- Regional Sales Director/National Accounts- Eastern Canada
Marques joins the Haws team with over 30 years of experience in the plumbing and wholesale industries and 15 years in direct sales leadership as the new Regional Sales Director of Eastern Canada. Marques will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing relationships with Haws representatives and key accounts in his region. In addition, he will drive and develop sales growth with key national accounts and customers throughout North America.

Sameep VermaSameep Verma- Business Development Manager, Haws-Dubai
Verma joins the Haws – Europe team with an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain School of Global Management in Dubai. He has over 9 years of experience in business development at companies including Supertechnical FZCO and Batliboi Ltd. Verma will be based out of Dubai and will focus on business development for Haws products within the Middle Eastern Market.

 

INTERNAL PROMOTIONS:

Claude_SappClaude Sapp- Global Chief of Operations
With an MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa and more than 25 years of experience with companies such as Huntington Capital, Sapp came to work for Haws in early 2016 as a consultant before transitioning to VP of Finance. Sapp brings a wealth of business, operations, IT, and financial knowledge to the organization. With his promotion to Chief Operating Officer (COO), Sapp adds Global Operations, Product Management, and R&D to his existing responsibilities of Finance and IT.

Katy HessKaty Hess- Director of Global Corporate Communications
As Director of Global Corporate Communications, Hess is now responsible for leading and supporting the Human Resources department in addition to her current responsibilities of managing the Marketing department. Hess will provide strategic and tactical leadership, managing and enhancing the global internal and external communications, brands, and talent management through exploration of new opportunities to add value to the customer and employee experience.

Jennifer_DuveJennifer Duve- Project Manager
Duve graduated from Kaplan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Accounting and brings 20 years of finance experience to her 6 years at Haws within the Finance department as Accounting Supervisor. Duve’s recent transition to Product Manager gives her the responsibilities of managing project execution to ensuring adherence to time, cost, schedule, and scope of selected projects.

Ronille_PabicoRonille Pabico- Accounting Manager
Pabico joined Haws in September of 2015 as the AP Supervisor. With both his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, Pabico has been recognized and promoted to Accounting Manager. In addition to his previous responsibilities, his new role will include managing and leading the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, budget, annual audit, and international accounting oversight.

Daniel_PageDaniel Page- Production Manager
Page started with Haws in 2011 and has provided many years of significant leadership and direction earning his recent promotion from Production Supervisor to Production Manager with the addition of the Receiving and Quality Control departments to his existing departments of Manufacturing Production, Parts-Pulling, and Concrete.

 

McDean_LicudoMcDean Licudo- Assistant Production Supervisor
For the last 10 years, Licudo has consistently demonstrated solid contributions to the Haws Production team. Most recently as Production Lead, he oversaw the essential functions of the Haws safety equipment and hydration product production and assembly. With his recent promotion to Assistant Production Supervisor, Licudo has incorporated management and team member leadership of employees as well as ensuring uniformity of the Production floor quality.

Haws Announces Internal Changes and Promotions

                                      Ted Hertz- General Manager, Hydration
As General Manager of the Brita® Partnership for the last 3 years, Hertz has amplified the organization’s partnership with the Brita® brand and strengthened the program through the  introduction of additional products to the portfolio as well as new distribution opportunities. As he transitions to a broader management position as General Manager of Hydration, Hertz will utilize his 15+ years in the water and hydration industry to take on the responsibility of overseeing the drinking fountain business in addition to strengthening the Brita® professional line.

Sam Sarver- Vice President & General Manager, Haws Safety Solutions
With more than 10 years of Haws experience, Sarver’s recent promotion combines the responsibilities of managing the Haws Emergency Equipment business with the growing Haws Integrated brand. As Vice President & General Manager of Haws Safety Solutions, Sarver enters this position with over 30 years of experience in the industry and will now oversee the strategic direction of Haws’ safety solutions.

Adam Pruitt- Product Manager
Over the last year, Pruitt has demonstrated vast knowledge and technical experience in the management of a product’s lifecycle.  Pruitt’s role as Product Manager has been expanded to include sustaining products as well as responsibility of the commercialization process for Haws Emergency Equipment, Hydration/Brita® Professional and Haws Integrated product portfolios in North America.

 

 Gary Wardle- Engineering ManagerGary_Wardle
Wardle has been promoted to Engineering Manager for Haws Emergency Equipment, Hydration/Brita® Professional and Haws Integrated product portfolios in North America. In his two and a half years at Haws, Wardle has demonstrated great strength in his technological problem-solving, planning abilities and oversight of complex projects with the Haws Integrated business.

 

Linda Lessnau- Supply Chain Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in a variety of supply chain functions including operations, procurement, manufacturing engineering and project management, and 8 years with Haws, Lessnau has been promoted to Supply Chain Manager- Center of Excellence for Traynor Family Enterprise. In her new position, she has been tasked with managing the coordination and monitoring of goods and materials from suppliers to customer.

 

 

Haws® Introduces New Team Members, Centers of Excellence Departments, and Internal Promotions

Haws®, a Traynor Family Enterprise™ company, is pleased to share several new team members as well as internal promotions within multiple company departments. In addition, the formation of five departments as Centers of Excellence within the headquarters was announced. The Center of Excellence groups provide leadership, research, critical analysis, and process engineering expertise and tools that improve performance and productivity for their respective areas and to be distributed throughout the organization.

Harley Enochson- Director, Haws Global Supply Chain
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, Enochson comes to Haws with over 20 years of experience in supply chain management. As the new Director of Haws Global Supply Chain – Center of Excellence, Enochson will be overseeing and managing master production scheduling, procurement, vendor management, inventory, logistics, and freight.


Adam Pruitt- Product Manager
Pruitt joins the Haws team with over 13 years of experience in manufacturing quality, engineering, and new product development. As Product Manager, Pruitt will be managing the development of new products from discovery to commercialization and the life cycle and sustainment of existing products. He will also be responsible for the revenue, volume, margin, profitability, and ROI of product lines as well as market risk evaluation and competitive analysis.

Sanjeev Kumar- National Sales Manager, Haws India Pvt. Ltd.
As a part of the ongoing growth strategy, Haws has added manufacturing and distribution of products throughout India. Kumar has been brought on as the National Sales Manager and will oversee and direct all functions of the sales and customer services team for India. Kumar joins Haws with 16 years of experience, most recently holding the position of Sales Specialist at 3M in Delhi, India.

James Eslinger– Director, Haws Global Production
Eslinger has been with Haws for over 8 years, holding positions from Manufacturing Engineering to Operations Manager. Most recently, Eslinger was promoted to the position of Director of Haws Global Production – Center of Excellence and oversees Receiving, Production, Shipping, Quality Control, as well as Building Maintenance and Safety.

 

Kathryn Hess– Director, Corporate Communications
Hess brings over 12 years of marketing communications experience to her new role as Director of Corporate Communications – Center of Excellence for Traynor Family Enterprise. In addition to her previous responsibilities of implementing and managing marketing business strategies for the multiple business units, Hess oversees branding, public relations, product launches, digital marketing and internal/external corporate communications.

Don Marshall– Director, Haws Engineering & Global Products
Serving as Director of Global Products at Haws for the last year, Marshall has been recognized for his exemplary leadership and has been promoted to Director of Engineering & Global Products – Center of Excellence. Marshall will now oversee the Engineering department and functions in addition to his previous product development and management responsibilities.


Kevin Ceccarelli- Customer Experience and Specials Manager
With over 16 years of experience at Haws, Ceccarelli has recently been given the responsibility of leading the Haws Specials Process Team, in addition to his current role as Customer Experience Manager. The new team will allow for particular focus on the growing customer demand for customization and product options.

 

Daniel Page- Production Supervisor
Page started with Haws in 2011 as a Production Assembler and soon moved up to become Production Coordinator in August of 2013. With his recent promotion from Assistant Production Supervisor to Production Supervisor, Page’s responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily workload for all the products on the production floor including manufacturing production, parts, pulling, and concrete.

Sarver enters his new General Manager position with over 30 years of experience in the industry including 10 years at Haws. As GM of Haws North American Core Business, Sarver will continue managing all domestic sales activities including the regional sales and customer service teams. His new role will utilize his broad capabilities and experience to ensure continued growth into emerging opportunities and proactive product development and solutions based on customer expectations.

Casey Hayes- Director of Sales & Operations

Casey Hayes has been with the Haws family for more than 25 years and serves as one of the original members of the Haws Integrated team. With his recent promotion to Director of Sales & Operations, Hayes is responsible for global sales strategies and top line growth, key account management, production and product delivery, as well as operational efficiencies. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, Hayes will continue to provide key leadership for the expanded solution offering.

 
Larry Kilian- Director of Business Development
Graduating from Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Kilian brings many years of safety industry knowledge and experience to the Haws Integrated team. Kilian joined the team in 2013 as the Director of Corporate Accounts and was successful at developing and building stronger relationships with targeted key customers. As he transitions to Director of Business Development, Kilian will continue to strengthen these valuable relationships while leading strategy development and execution into Haws Integrated’s expanded services.

Gary Wardle- Senior Manager of Engineering
Gary worked for Otis Elevator as Branch Manager for over 25 years. Graduating from Cal Poly Technical, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. As Senior Manager of Engineering, Gary is responsible for all Haws Integrated project engineering including the initial design stages, process efficiencies as well as product development.

 

 

Chad Fenner– New Product Development Manager
Chad brings 8 years of experience with the Haws team, specializing in complex piping system design, variable frequency drive pump control, heat and friction losses in piping systems, and automated system control. Fenner holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. In his new role as New Product Development Manager, Fenner will be leading his Haws Integrated team in the development of new product advancements and innovations.


 

Nuray Ebel– Engineering Project Manager
With 10 years of engineering experience, Ebel specializes in designing, testing, and troubleshooting cryogenic pumps/turbines and leading project teams. Originally from Turkey, Ebel holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University. With her recent promotion from Senior Engineer to Engineering Project Manager, Ebel will be successfully planning, executing and leading her team throughout Haws Integrated’s detailed project completion process.

 

Ian Roberts– Engineering Project Manager

Roberts has been with the Haws Engineering team for more than 8 years. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, Roberts specializes in complex system design and automated system control. As one of the new Engineering Project Managers, Robert’s responsibilities include developing processes and procedures for the various projects as well as managing project objectives and requirements to completion.

Hollie joins Haws with many years of administrative and office support services background.  She most recently worked for the University of Nevada, Reno as an Administrative Assistant. As Executive Assistant, Hollie will provide support and coordinate activities for the sales and marketing departments, Regional Sales Directors and Customer Service  with direct support to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and Vice President of Sales.

Melanie Melanie Mayer- Safety Supervisor/ ISO Coordinator

With a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from California State University    Northridge, Melanie has built her career in a variety of safety and environmental health positions. Prior to joining Haws, Mayer held various related positions including Safety Specialist and Occupational Health and  Safety Analyst. Her responsibilities include fostering a safe work environment for Haws employees while maintaining the company’s compliance with OSHA, environmental, and ISO standards and regulations.

Mike Damon- Haws Integrated Sales EngineerMikeD

Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and brings more than 30 years of engineering experience to Haws. His responsibilities include finding creative and cost efficient ways to leverage Haws’ unique safety capabilities in his new position as Haws Integrated Sales Engineer, covering the East Coast Region.

Jeanene Fisher and Kim Courtney- Haws Integrated Inside Sales SpecialistsKim 

JeaneneJeanene joined Haws in 2012 and brings over 23 years of administrative experience to her new position. Kim has been with Haws since 2007 and has more than 15 years of project and account management, sales, and accounts receivable experience.

Fisher and Courtney will work closely with leads and Sales Engineers to drive territory coverage, quote management, sales follow up and the post sales experience.
