Tom White- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Tom has been with Haws for over 20 years and has held the position as President of Haws Corporation for the last 5 years. With the rapid growth opportunities for the company, White will be refocusing his duties associated with his new role as Chief Executive Officer to include overseeing the entire Traynor Family Enterprise™ (TFE) portfolio of companies. In the near future, White will be taking on the role as Chairman of the Board as the current chairman, Michael Traynor, retires.
Stephanie Kilroy- Director of Family Governance
Stephanie has been with Haws for over 8 years and has recently joined the Board of Directors as Director of Family Governance where she will be leading all family council activities as well as drive and maintain corporate values among the entire portfolio of businesses. Kilroy will become the primary liaison between TFE shareholders and the business itself. In addition to this new role, Kilroy will continue her work in the program management role with Human Resources where she manages programs that partner Haws with the community.
Michael Markovsky- Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Markovsky has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer where he will be responsible for global operations, marketing, product management, and domestic sales and customer service. In addition, Markovsky will oversee the Haws emergency equipment and drinking fountain businesses as well the Haws Integrated™ and Brita® Hydration Station® business units in support of their respective general managers.
Scot McLean- President of International Business
Scot has been with Haws since 2005 where he began as VP of Sales and Marketing. In his most recent role, Scot was responsible for building strategic partnerships and alliances globally. With his latest, more encompassing promotion to President of International Business, Scot will continue to lead efforts to globalize and pursue emerging international markets and create beachheads that can be utilized by all TFE businesses. In addition, he will lead our new venture in India.
Craig Macy- Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Analytic Philosophy and a Juris Doctorate, Craig brings over 19 years of experience to his new position as Haws Corporation’s Entrepreneur in Residence. He has worked in a variety of technical, managerial, advisory and principal roles throughout the high technology sector. Craig’s initial assignment is that of President and Chief Operating Officer of Sciphen™, formerly Cirrus Systems™, where he will lead their increasing business growth opportunities. Craig will also contribute his knowledge and expertise to the other brands within the organization.
