Does water need to be heated, cooled, or both?
How many shower/eyewash locations are there?
How many shower/eyewash locations must run simultaneously?
Is there a potable water system with constant supply pressure available?
What is the water supply pressure if the maximum shower/eyewash locations are running simultaneously? (Assume 30 GPM per combo unit.)
If multiple showers are supplied by a tempering system, is recirculation desired?
Are the shower/eyewash locations indoor, outdoor, or both?
Can the tempering systems be located indoor, outdoor, or both?
Are the tempering systems to be located in hazardous locations (requiring explosion hazard classification)?
If so, please specify the complete classification required (Class, Division, Groups, Temperature Class).
What power supply is available? (Volts/Phase/Hertz)
Is steam available?
Is facility layout information or drawing available?
Any special requirements? (I.E. special piping/valve materials, special controls or alarm indications, particular arrangement desired.)
