Model SP158A is a freeze protection bleed valve recommended for areas that experience occasional "snap freezes". Automatic thermal actuator bleed valve fully opens when internal water temperature drops below 35° F (1.66° C), and fully closes at 45° F (7.22° C). 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet.
