California Proposition 65
- Established a list of chemicals identified by the State as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity.
- Provides that persons in the course of doing business are prohibited from knowingly and intentionally exposing any individual in California to any of the listed chemicals without first giving a clear and reasonable warning.
- Requires that people doing business who sell a product provide a warming with or on the product.
- Enforced by Attorney General of the State of California.
