Model TWBS.EW.H An on-demand, prepackaged, fully engineered and tested tempering system to provide tempered water instantaneously. System is designed to increase cold water temperature by a minimum of 25 °F (14°C) at 5 gpm flow and 61°F (34°C) at 2.0 gpm; thus it is suitable for single eyewash application. Outlet water temperature is factory set at 80 °F (26 °C).

• It is ideal for areas where supply water temperatures fall below 60 °F (15 °C) while hot water is not present.
• System consists of an 18 KW electrical instantaneous water heater, a hot shutoff valve, a bypass valve, an in-line 50-micron filter, and an outlet temperature gauge.
• Maximum inlet pressure: 125 psi. Inlet and Outlet: 1/2" IPS.
• Electrical Supply: 480/277 VAC, 3-phase, 4 wire and ground. 25 amp electrical supply. (480 VAC, 3-phase, 3 wire and ground available as special order).
• For indoor use only.

	Bypass Valve Part 0006600051 bronze pressure relief valve opens when pressure differential reaches 25 psi or above. Allows cold water to bypass mixing valve. 1/2" IPS.
	Hot shut-off valve Part 0006599800 Type 304 Stainless Steel valve shuts off when water temperature exceeds 95°F (35°C). Valve reopens when water temperture falls below 85°F (29°C). 1/2" IPS.
	Test This Week Tag SP170 is a green waterproof test card with space for date and initials of inspector. Used to record weekly testing of emergency equipment.
	In-Line Strainer Model SP502 brass in-line Y water strainer. 1/2" IPS.
