Model 7612 Description

Model 7612 sink or deck mounted eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR™ stainless steel eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eyewashes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain. When not in use, this unit utilizes a swing-away feature so the area stays clear for everyday use.

	Test This Week Tag SP170 is a green waterproof test card with space for date and initials of inspector. Used to record weekly testing of emergency equipment.
	Eyewash Valve Model SP226PCP polished chrome-plated brass stay-open ball valve, equipped with a stainless steel ball and stem. Designed for vertical installation. Full flow occurs with push on stainless steel flag. 1/2" IPS inlet x 3/8" IPS outlet.

	Tempered Water Blending Systems Model TWBS.EW.H, prepackaged instantaneous electrical water heater, 480 VAC/3 phase/20 KW, fully engineered and tested system with fail-safe features to produce up to 6 gpm (22.7 L) tempered water for eye washes.
	Alarm Model 9001.5, 120 VAC emergency alarm and light system. Buzzer and flashing light are activated by a 1/2" IPS double pole, double throw flow switch.
	Tempered Water Blending Valves Model 9201EFE Emergency Valve thermostatically mixes hot and cold water to provide a safe fluid supply for emergency eyewash equipment, with a flow rate of 12 gpm (45.4 L).
	Tempered Water Blending Systems Model TWBS.EWE Lead-free Emergency Valve thermostatically mixes hot and cold water to provide a safe fluid supply for emergency eyewash equipment, with a flow rate of 12 gpm (45.4 L).
